While in the Marine Corps Kevin Courtney was assigned as my JAG lawyer, for over a year fighting my case. Upon being assigned as my lawyer he went straight to work asking what happened and gathering information and giving me direction for next steps in preparation for an ADSEP board. A few months passed and I recieved notice from the SECNAV that I was innocent and that the case was closed. I battled this for over 2 years and was ostracized and was the black sheep and for majority of that the ONE person who I knew had my back was Kevin Courtney. I would not still be in the Marine Corps and continuing my 14 years of service without Kevin Courtney! He like I stated in the title with out question is the lawyer you want.
