I highly recommend Kyle Smith of Paceline Law for personal injury matters. I was hit by a pickup truck while walking in a crosswalk. Kyle was recommended to me by a friend that knows his work. He was able to settle my matter quickly and efficiently while dealing with 2 insurance companies, the driver, the bank, and myself. Mr Smith isn’t the stereotypical smarmy photo on the side of the bus attorney. Kyle is warm, very communicative, caring, and puts the law and what to expect from it in clear layman’s terms. He was even able to get a few more dollars for me from my big insurance company when they weren’t obliged to take less than they were legally obligated to. You can’t go wrong with Kyle Smith!
