When we first bought the 2015 Nissan Murano , we thought this was our last car . Unfortunately we started having trouble with the Forward Collission Avoidance System , which defeated the Cruise Control . After many , many attempts to have this repaired , we contacted O'Connor Law Group . We had experience with them on a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe , which we used the Lemon Law to return it . O'Connor Law Group advised us on what to do with the Hyundai and said if they gave us trouble , then call them and they would take our case . This was not the case with Nissan . They had us going in circles and did everything they could to deter us in our endeavors . O'Connor Law Group took over and we worked with them dilligently . After many hurdles we perservered and won our case . David and his team are the best , getting us every dollar due . I can't thank them enough for their hard work . Mark O'Connor and his team handled a very difficult case for me. I asked Toyota twice to take my 2018 Highlander back under the Lemon Law. It was declined twice. Even though there wasn't much precedent regarding my issues, Mark and his team went to work. They found all sorts of technical history to support my case. That, coupled with the expert he retained to assess and record the irregularities of the car, carried the day. Toyota had to buy the car back and pay me a substantial sum of money. Very professional, and easy to work with. I had repeated problems with my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When the motor went out at 150,000 miles I reached out to a few law firms to see if I had a case. I selected O'Connor Law group in hopes of recouping some of my loses. It took a while, but they were able to get me a very fair settlement.

Hold up! Hold on! Disclaimer: These were all leased cars. My first experience with lemoning a car was with a BMW. After BMW had my car for a month, for a radiator replacement. It was suggested to me by one of their representatives “I’d’ lemon this car if I were you”. I was intrigued… The first lemon law firm I called wanted a $2,500.00 deposit to start. Okay, what do I know? Then, I recalled a friend’s experience and they recommended O’Connor Law Group, P.C. who took my case. And, they did not require a deposit! Simply, two months later I received a check for $22,000.00. Case complete! But wait! It gets better! My next “lemon” car was a VW CC, this was because of a radio and telephonic issue. Whatever! This case took approximately 3-4 months. Got a check for $14,000.00. But, wait! It gets even better! Then I leased a Hyundai Azera. Loved that car!!! Its problem was it like to steer towards the left, hummmmmm into oncoming traffic…problematic! After a year of giving Hyundai a chance to fix this issue. I Googled that model and previous years all of which had a known issue. I received $38,000.00. That’s a trifecta in anybody’s book. Sounds like a cheesy info commercial, doesn’t it? Every bit true. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with O’ Connor Law Group on a lemon law case. We weren’t sure we had a solid case but once we explained all we had been through with the car and dealership they reassured us we absolutely did. They took it from there.
