Alan Castillo was wonderful, he is a very capable attorney he communicated with me personally and always responded timely to any questions I had. He took the time to understand my personal situation and communicate that to the court. Ultimately Alan settled my 20 year old DUI case he helped me get me into the mandatory class I needed to lift my suspension and was able to have the court drop one of the required courses. He was able to convince the court to let me pay the outstanding fine and recall the warrant. All this and I didn’t have to appear in court once! Alan is fantastic he will fight for you and take the time to present your case and get the best possible outcome.

Hiring Mr. Castillo as my lawyer to represent me on two criminal cases was the best decision I made he broke down the whole process of the court system so that I clearly understood what was going on in every court appearance and due to his expertise and experience he was able to spare me any jail time and offer the best possible outcome beyond what I was hoping for on both my cases one being a misdemeanor and the other a felony that I surely would have done time for if it weren't for Mr. Castillo's excellent representation and advice. I would highly reccomended him to anyone facing criminal charges he works tirelessly to achieve a favorable result to the case and is very eloquent and easy to talk to and answered all my questions honestly while calming my fears about the possible penalties I was facing. Three years ago I made the biggest mistake of my life - I accidentally took the wrong medication and got a DUI. I was so scared I would lose my nursing license. Alan and his team treated me so kindly, professionally and were with me every step of the way, from the DMV hearing, to court, to dealing with the Board of Registered Nursing. I ended up getting convicted of a misdemeanor DUI but paid NO court fees. I also won my DMV hearing and had no problem with my driver’s license. And finally, I ended up with a letter of public reprimand instead of losing my license or being placed on probation. I can’t recommend Alan and his team of crack attorneys enough! I was facing an Accusation. The Board of Registered Nursing wanted to suspend my license> Alan stepped in and saved my ablility to work. It took a while but everything he said would happen came to be. I highly recommend him to any licensed professional looking to save their license.
