From the moment I called Michael, I knew he was the right attorney for the job!! Coming from a Law Enforcement Background. Having over 30 years interaction with lawyers, I can tell quickly when you have a knowledgeable articulate litigant like Michael. Both compassionate and tenacious.

I had a hearing with the state board of nursing. The attorney I hired was a disappointment . He was totally unprepared, he kept asking for time during the hearing to review documents. I was not prepared, because I depended on my hired attorney. The few interactions we had prior to the hearing, he was more interested in if I wired his money, than on the evidence. The irony was is I had another attorney who was much less expensive, but I was not happy with the possible outcome.However Mr Khouri assured me he could do better, so I hired him. What a big mistake!!! After the disaster outcome, I called him about the follow up that the board wanted, he was quite uninterested. Even though the fee was a flat fee, after the hearing, could not get in touch with him. I have never had an attorney that was so blatantly aloof about a client

I have been a business owner for 15 years. In that time, I've dealt with the IRS, Treasury, HUD, FBI and PIS. I retained Michael for the newest government infringement and he has been nothing short of incredible. I've never had an attorney work so hard for me and so quickly. I called Mr, Khouri at my biggest despair. He calmed me down the minute I spoke to him on the telephone. The next day he drove from Irvine to North Hollywood to assess my case. Mr.Khouri convinced the court to allow me to work after I went to jail and was convicted of a Felony. Where do you find such a person!. He is calm, knowledgeable and does speak agressivelly to the oppossing lawyers of judges. He kicks ass with kindness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of Michael Khouri's most impressive attributes is his responsiveness and returned phone calls. I was arrested on a Saturday evening and called him at 10.30 pm and he answered the phone and came to see me on Sunday. The difficulty was that I had a 1275 imposed and Monday was a Holiday with arraignment at a different court than where I was being held. The bail bondsman shared that with the three days allowed by the 1275 that it would be impossible to get out that week and in his 15 years of being in the business he has never seen it happen. Needless to say that was very depressing to hear. Mike showed up to my arraignment on Friday morning and conducted many sidebar conversations with the DA, with the presiding judge the bail bondsman and came back to me and said you will be out of here tonight and that's what took place. Is he responsive - yes or someone from his office will get back to you. He certainly kept me informed and and continues to take the time to explain the different proceedings. There is a journey ahead but I believe I am in the right hands.

I was being investigated by Medicare for Medicare Fraud and had a tough time finding anyone who knew anything about Medicare Law. I finally found Mike and he showed up at my office, knew exactly what to do and who to talk to. Mike contacted Medicare and I was able to get out of it without any penalties whatsoever. Michael Khouri was very responsive from start to finish of my complicated administrative case. Upon first review, it seemed like it would be a relatively straightforward case. I hired Michael Khouri over 3 years ago to represent me in a Medicaid Fraud case. I found him on the internet and called him up. I was very cautious because I am from Massachusetts and he is from California but he convinced me that he could do the job and would be there for me. He also worked with me on his fee. Mr. Michael khouri represented me in a very difficult malpractice lawsiut. He filed several motions and was very thorough, meticulous and worked hard in my case.
