As an experienced legal secretary and someone who studied law. I have come across many legal professionals. Some more willing to help than others. Mr. Stivers has demonstrated to be the type of attorney, willing to hold a practical, logical conversation without trying to intimidate you into getting an attorney. He’s practical, logical and provided me with real options. You have options in selecting an attorney. Mr. Stivers seems trustworthy.

Stephanie made the process of establishing a trust and estate plan so easy that it made me wonder why I had put it off for so long. From our initial phone call to the meeting in which I signed documents, she was patient, informative, thorough and caring. I appreciated that she answered all of my questions and that she intends to follow up periodically with me to assess any possible life changes. I have no hesitation in recommending her!
