When I met with Maria Parker, she was extremely professional and made the process of setting up my living trust and power of attorney directive very easy. The peace of mind I have going forward is immeasurable. I would highly recommend using Maria as your estate planning attorney whether you live in Orange County or not. After reading through my living trust, I was extremely please how complete and thorough it was. I would have expected to pay much more than I did for such documents.

In need of a knowledgable & friendly Living Trust & Estate Attorney?? Then, I can honestly say that Maria Parker is whom you're looking for. She is very personable and takes her time to explain things in detail, so you feel confident signing papers that can be daunting at times. She was very patient and kind with my elderly mother-in-law helping her draw up a will and for my husband and I she provided Power of Attorney docs and helped us with our living will too.

If you are looking for an excellent will and trust/estate planning lawyer in Orange County, look no further. She researched property records and court documents to help us uncover some shady dealings that my stepmother perpetrated in the existing will and trust, and created power of attorney documents and a new living will at a cost well below the other estimates that didn't even include the research (which I don't think she charged us for). It felt like she treated us family which is very unusual in attorney land.
