If you are looking for an excellent will and trust/estate planning lawyer in Orange County, look no further. She researched property records and court documents to help us uncover some shady dealings that my stepmother perpetrated in the existing will and trust, and created power of attorney documents and a new living will at a cost well below the other estimates that didn't even include the research (which I don't think she charged us for). It felt like she treated us family which is very unusual in attorney land.

When I was married, she helped me and my husband set up an trust and estate documents, including a living will and health care directives, and powers of attorney for each of us. She knows just how to word these documents , so there is no question as to the meaning. When my husband and I divorced, she helped me once again with my own trust and related documents. And, when my former husband recently developed a serious health problem , she helped him with powers of attorney, estate planning, and health care directives. Once you have used her services, Maria Parker will be your attorney for life with wills, trusts and any estate planning documents.

Needed my father's assets to be in order before he passed. Parker law offices helped me get it all done very quickly and efficiently. Great pricing and so knowledgeable.
