5 stars for sure! Jeff was super communicative from day 1 and all throughout my case. His response times were extremely quick and information on his input was very accurate. We got really good results in court from what could have been much worse compared to others that I knew about, with the same type of DUI case. Along with being a great attorney with my case, he also gave great advice during a tough time. I really couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended for DUI and family attorney! He knows what he’s talking about and has your back. I felt it from the moment I first called about my case.

I ran out of money and was awaiting payment of jobs so I could pay Mr Stivers, he got scared that I couldn't pay him at all so he "urged" me to sign a sub-out form 3 weeks before my divorce. I had been married 20 years with 5 kids, 4 of which were still at home with me. It ended up that I got NO alimony, NO child support & none of our 401K or investments, I even lost the family home. Had Mr Stivers looked into the loan or title, he would have found that my ex had not been paying on the interest of the loan as he had agreed to had refinanced without my knowledge. My ex bankrupted the business by moving the financial assets out and left me the house and business in the divorce in exchange for all of the above. Would I recommend Mr Stivers? Definitely not! Did he do his job and protect me and the kids? Definitely not. I would not recommend him at all.

Jeffrey took on a difficult case for my brother and I was amazed by how knowledgable, professional and compassionate he was. He was able to accomplish an amazing task to help my brother with his legal issues, both at the state and the federal level. Not only did he work above and beyond what any one could ever expect, he really cared about my brother's outcome and getting him the best help possible. I can't say enough positive things about him. Jeffrey Stivers, Wow! ! I was recommended to Jeff by a friend of mine regarding a DUI I had just gotten and from our first initial conversation I had a great feeling about this man. He was very up front, professional, great listener and his vibe just seemed sincere. I met Jeff and we clicked instantly, he gave me a step by step on how the process was going to work and advised me that everything was going to get taken care. I was under a tremendous amount of stress prior to hiring Jeff but as soon as he became my Lawyer he went straight to work and I immediately felt a sense of relief. He was always in communication with me throughout the process, always answered my messages, never kept me in suspense of what was going on and updated me on every court appearance he attended for me. His honesty, trustworthiness, professionalism and loyalty are what not only make him great as a Lawyer but as a Human Being! Despite going through one of the toughest periods of my life, Mr. Stivers was calm and helpful the entire time. His professionalism, along with his ability to give one hell of a pep talk, are only a few of the reasons why I couldn't be more thankful for his aid. Bringing a Felony DUI down to a Misdemeanor is nothing short of miraculous. Jeff is an absolute rockstar. I've dealt with plenty of lawyers and he is BY FAR the smartest, most professional, most helpful, most reasonable and most proactive one I've come across. Jeffrey Stivers is definately a guy you want on your side fighting for you. He is not just about taking money, he is sincere and he cares. I got into some legal troubles in San Bernardino county. One call to Mr. Stivers and he was on it. No retainer, no money exchange, no nothing. He reported to me the next week that he had spoke to the D.A.s office and the case rejected. When it was said and done guess what he charged me? ZERO, NOTHING. Even when i insisted that i pay him something, he refused.
