I have been going to court proceedings for the last 2 1/2 years after I filed for divorce from my husband of 17 years. We have five children and two successful businesses. My ex-husband has been starving my kids and me out to the point that my church has been assisting us. I have had several other attorneys but my case has not moved forward in any timely manner. That is, until I met Mr. Bledsoe. It has been a very difficult battle with my ex. He does not do anything willingly. During our last court proceeding everything was going south for my case because of the lies that were being told. We were there all day long and Mr. Bledsoe negotiated wisely and fairly with the opposing counsel outside of the courtroom throughout the day. Opposing counsel would change their minds right before we would go back into the courtroom and completely waste time. It was just a game to them. When we went back into the courtroom at the end of the day Mr. Bledsoe had had enough of their games. He tactfully but forcefully persuaded the judge in our favor and saved my whole case!! He is well respected with the judges which goes a long way. Mr. Bledsoe is very experienced and capable in the courtroom. He will be kind and understanding with you and a strategic and strong opponent to opposing counsel.

Whether you're just starting out in your divorce, thinking of switching lawyers, or currently self represtenting; I can't recommend John Bledsoe and his firm enough and the absolute need for an ethical while strong attorney(CANT emphasize the rarity of that enough in OC). If you're in a high conflict case this decision will be life changing, possibly life saving. I've been stuck in a nightmare of a high conflict divorce for almost three years. The tactics my ex and his lawyer have used to continue the abuse I should've been escaping is nothing short of a Lifetime movie, our young baby being used as a pawn turns it into every mother's worst nightmare. My family has supported me in retaining two top attorneys to fight for my child. Not only has choosing the wrong attorney's costed me hundreds of thousands in losses, it has lost me almost three years with my child. I've only been with John and his firm a short while, after self representing for a year. Considering my broken financial state, messiness of my case, and ex's nightmare of a headache of an attorney, most attorneys won't even consider taking to me. The care and time John and his team have already taken to strategize and help me move forward getting my child, along with financial relief to do so is incomparable. John, helped me through the machinations of a long distance divorce. He kept the running clock to a minimum and worked to get my interests heard. I appreciated all of his efforts and guidance. And yes I would recommend him to a friend.
