Mom passed in May 2022, and although I had been paying the bills and taking care of her house and property, now I needed to fulfill the duties of executor, something that I knew little about. Dennis Fordham was there for me. Dennis is experienced, knowledgeable, and caring. Most of all he was patient with me, explained things in great detail, and tried to make sure that I understood. Dennis even took on a company that I had hired earlier, that promised to help, but failed in the end. Dennis and Janita are both wonderful. Highly recommended, and I would work with them again.
