We are in the car business and we were unfairly sued by one unreasonable customer. I contacted about 15 law firms and most of them were not responsive or they said usually car business has a bad reputation and I'll automatically lose and they didn't even want to help us. I saw their positive review on yelp and I contacted theta law. I talked to Soheyl, unlike other lawyers, he didn't force to come into his office to charge for consulting, rather he was compassionate and spent time on the phone with me for free of charge. Even after we hired him, he was always highly responsive and helpful. One time, we had a miscommunication but as soon as he acknowledged that, he was willing to correct it. The whole process with them was hustle free and always comfortable. They even responded to my sudden questions after business hours. Just as everyone guessed, we first lost in a first trial, the judge didn't even let me speak and we were treated as if the auto business is always at fault. We appealed and we took Soheyl this time, this judge was also not taking us seriously at first place, but Soheyl knew when to speak and what to speak at the trial and he eventually convinced a judge and we won!!!! We were so pleased by theta law and soheyl and his partner so that even if we were lost in our case, we still would have thanked them but they brought us a miracle, a victory. More than this successful result or anything, the tie, the bond you get from working with soheyl and his partner was the ultimate feeling especially when you fight together in court. My husband has been in this business for 15 years and we saw many lawyers but we both agree they are the best lawyer.
