After I decided to move forward with a trust I contacted 3 offices that stated they were in Lincoln. I asked for quotes and appointments. One of them could only make appointments in Roseville or Sacramento and all 3 were within the same price range. I chose Breunig Law. The office is conveniently located in downtown Lincoln. The staff and Mark are friendly and professional. They made sure to explain everything we needed to know and what we needed to do once the trust was complete. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got our house transferred into our trust. I contacted them with a couple of questions that came up while transferring accounts and they immediately responded with no additional charge. They told us to feel free to contact them with any questions. I highly recommend Breunig Law.

For those of you who are procrastinating on a will or trust I will say this is the place to go. Mark is very easy to talk to. Your first meeting can be either in the office or use Zoom video conference with him for the first meeting. We did a Zoom internet meeting and it worked great. The staff is friendly and super supportive. If you have a question either by email or phone it's answered promptly. Parking is even better, easy right in front. I thought about DIY will and trust but after looking into it its way over my level of education and money they wanted online internet for a trust was too much to give out and not have a face to face talk with the lawyer who is actually doing the will. This is too important not to have personal contact with the lawyer that is writing the trust. We now have a trust for our boys and I can finally put this behind us.I would recommend this business to any of my own friends and family.

My wife and I contacted Mark to update a Living Trust created over 20 years ago. It was a great experience from start to finish. Mark explained all our options and recommended some paths forward in an hour long zoom call and several messages. After retaining Mark, he demonstrated his extensive knowledge and experience in Estate Planning. The breadth of the final product was really stunning with every contingency covered. Our final package included, trust, wills, FPOA’s, Heath Care Directives, Certificate of Trust, and instructions for moving forward with the trust. When my wife and I first reached out to Breunig Law, Mark Breunig, the Managing Attorney, immediately responded back answering questions we had about estate planning. Mark shared with my wife and I a book he had written that helped to educate us on the basics of estate planning. The book was really helpful in baselining our knowledge prior to our first consultation. A few years ago Mr Bruenig set up a Trust for my wife and I. He and his office has been very responsive with the questions we have had, and support we have needed when updating the trust. I'd recommend them highly for people in the area.
