Robert helped me with an estate plan. He was very profession, courteous and very knowledgeable. I never felt as though I was being rushed or pressured. He would answer all my questions along the way and encouraged me to ask questions. The scheduling and pricing was an added bonus. I work odd hours and was reluctant because of believed cost (rumors from other attorney’s); Rob took the time to explain the cost and where the expenses were. The final product was well put together and exactly what I asked for. I would definitely recommend Rob for your estate planning needs.

No stress, I felt all the process in doing the trust with Law Office of Tobert E. Traylor was so smooth. One think we liked is that he was not pushing us to sign the papers. We were sick and having oher issues. Mr. Traylor was always patient waiting for us. He answered all our questions too.

Mr Traylor and Hana helped me through the very confusing world of Family Trusts and estates, carefully explaining all the different paperwork to me. I needed to start a business entity and needed an attorney to make sure I got set up correctly and Robert was very quick to point me in the right direction, which for me, was an LLC. He offered a DIY approach or full service approach. Once I decided on the full service approach we moved full steam ahead with confidence. My husband and I met with Rob to have our family trust created. He was very warm and welcoming as well as professional. We felt comfortable with both his knowledge and tactfulness. He even helped us with setting up a pet trust and clearly defined all areas we should address in our trust. I was having at the same time someone helping my father with his trust . Rob had quoted me a few hundred dollars would be added to the cost of preparing my fathers trust because there were a few more steps. My 90 year old father did not want to make the drive to Lompoc so we chose an attorney office closer to him. They quoted him 3000 in addition to the trust fee to remove my deceased mother from title and to avoid probate. Rob has already given me the steps involved so I contacted the assessors office and was able to r complete the necessary forms and costing only 125 . Thank you Rob and Hana ( fantastic assistant) for helping us take care of our trust and giving us direction on my fathers estate as well.
