I did my H1B visa, H1B transfer, and green card with Dr Amiri. All three cases went through on-time and were successful. She is very honest and straight-forward, explains all possible scenarios, and recommends a tailor-made solution for every case/individual. She's also very hands-on, meticulous and cautious about all legal steps. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking any legal consultation.

In the time that H&F have represented me (over 10 months trying to settle one case that was already 6 months old), I have spoken to my lawyer in person once and by phone 2 more times. They never return my calls and it takes several e-mails for anyone from their staff to respond. I don't know how this case will turn out, but from a 'peace of mind' stand point, this firm has done absolutely nothing to help me through this nightmare of a process and I am actively looking for a way to get rid of them.

After speaking with a few other bankruptcy attorneys, who told us we may not qualify for chapter 7, or that we may have to sell our home, my father gave us Stewart Lims phone number. Some friends of my father had recently filed for bankruptcy and hired Mr. Lim as their attorney.
