I feel like 5 stars isn't enough for what Richard Poland did for me. I hired Richard for a DUI case last year and he helped me more than I could ever imagine. Having Richard as my lawyer gave me a sense of peace because I knew I had chosen the best. From the first meeting with Richard I knew I had put my case into the right hands. If you find yourself in trouble , give Richard Poland a call. I guarantee you will not be disappointed because he's the best at what he does.

Cathy helped on my Family law and Juvenile Law cases which both had a more than favorable outcome. There are times when you cant get a hold of her, (because she is in court or with a client), but in the 2+ years of being my attorney I have yet to have her not return a call or help me deal with my issues. Cathy cares more for her clients than any other lawyer I have ever dealt with. She is prepared and ready with questions when court begins and I personally have watched her tear apart lying witnesses on the stand! If you need a good attorney please contact Cathy as she is simply the best when dealing with family matters!

interest for your case the first time you meet her, but once you pay her she will never answer the phone. She does not have an office so is practically impossible to locate her. She filed most of the paperwork late and without giving me a chance to make corrections. At court she is always late and unprepared. I will no even recommend this lawyer to my worst enemy

RIch Poland is the most honest, hard working lawyer you'll find. No, I don't work for him, nor am I a member of his family. Although I do now think of him as a friend to our family. I first met rich several years ago as a desperate parent trying to navigate the nightmare of the legal system when my teenager was arrested and charged with a very serious crime. I was terrified when I got the call. I was 500 miles away and had no way to communicate with my child to find out what was going on. Rich calmed me down and promptly went to see my child, less than an hour after I first called his office. He was able to let my child know that I had been in touch and was on my way. This was before any discussion of fees are payment of any kind. It was simply what needed to happen and he just did it, right then and there. Sadly, it would a lengthy battle to get my son home and his record cleared but we did it. Poland was there every step of the way. Throughout the ordeal he was always available by phone and usually in person most any evening. He explained what was going on and listened to a lot of questions from this worried mom. His rates were far more reasonable than any attorney I am aware of and most importantly his heart is in the job. He is smart and efficient and will give you good advice that takes into account the specifics of your particular case. I am so grateful to know of a 'Good Lawyer' that I can refer people to. I highly recommend Rich Poland should you ever find yourself or a loved one in need of an attorney.
