I waited outside an hour and did not leave till I was seen he not only helped me saved my family he also guided me in the correct direction I am beyond thankful I always recommend him great person who cares and wants to help he sat with me late and early every day because he wanted the best for my child amazing work worth it !

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kyle Puro as my child support lawyer. Throughout the process, he demonstrated a complete lack of communication, leaving me in the dark and wasting precious time. Despite initial promises, he failed to address critical aspects of my case, leaving me stuck in a month-long waiting period. Puro's disorganization became evident, and his suggestion to wait and handle the child support issue separately, citing derogatory remarks about another party involved, showcased unprofessionalism. While he successfully arranged a 50-50 custody agreement, his overall lack of competence and focus on generating more fees rather than efficiently resolving my case left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I cannot recommend his services based on this subpar performance. And I read some of He’s reviews left and say that he responds that we’re not his customers then he’s also a liar.

I'm grateful to Kyle for his guidance and assistance! I'm resting easier knowing that I have his help! Adding to this ...Kyle knows the court system inside and out. Every bit of guidance he provided was on point! He consistently calmed me down when I was worried about the case, and everything he told me would happen during our court appearance actually happened. I'm very grateful for his help!!!

Kyle Puro is an amazing attorney. He constantly kept me informed of my case, listened to me, gave advice, developed great strategies, was understanding, compassionate, and an excellent attorney.

Kyle Puro is an unethical attorney. He prays on parents who have custody issues by encouraging clients to use DCFS when they lose in family court. This review is being edited because he "reviewed" his clients files and made a claim that we were not clients. Not only was my new husband a client, he prevailed, but the guilt/remorse for the conduct (his own and this attorney) haunts him to this day. It has taken him so long to fix the damage Kyle Puro did to him and his daughter.... Separately, if you ask around, this attorney gets a LARGE part of his business from the law firm of Joseph Land, when they oppose one another, he has a reputation for not acting in his client's best interest. He will also respond to negative reviews stating that the person is not a client then add on a condescending comment or threaten legal action.

*edit* Kyle- I see you responded 7 months ago. I was at a weak point when I called you and you did not show any compassion. I’m sorry that you chose to become a lawyer to help people. And that the help you offer is tentative based off of who you prematurely decide is worthy of it. To be clear, DCFS was involved, the case closed while I was in another state after two of my family members died, and DCFS tore my family apart. I’ve never been an unfit parent, and it’s slander for you to insinuate what type of parent I am on this platform. I was sent a letter from the court, and after which my daughter and her father were unreachable. The way you dismissed me will remain with me forever. No- I was not seen by you. And after speaking to you I wouldn’t suggest any other parent having a difficult enough time struggling with not seeing their child, should either. I called this lawyer 3 years ago to seek help getting my daughter back from her dad who had kept her from us for 4 years. He asked if I had ever been involved with DCFS -and when I said yes - he went off on a tangent on how I needed to do whatever the children’s court said. The children’s court case had long been closed, 2017 not that I’d be given the chance to say that. I'm grateful I didn’t give up and sought help elsewhere, I needed it- I went back to court and filed a motion to establish a parental relationship. This ‘lawyer’ was rude and sanctimonious.

Kyle was amazing!!! Very professional, very understanding and in court he is just the best. He fight and fight and I won the case. I recommend Kyle and if I need a family attorney in the future “I will used his service again” thank you Kyle 🙏
