Where do I begin. Except to start off with what exceptional and outstanding attorney Kyle is. From the beginning of contacting Kyle, he was very quick to respond by text messaging or email. Kyle is very knowledgeable in his profession. He went over and beyond my expectations. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns. He treated me with dignity, respect and compassion. Kyle kept me fully informed of every step of my case. He was straightforward no nonsense attorney. My sons mother kept my son from me for 6 mos. Kyle knock this one out of the park. Justice was served. Kyle won my case FULL CUSTODY. I got my son back the same day. I would highly recommend Kyle without any reservations. Kyle was a god sent. Thank you Kyle!!!

Awesome Layer ! He is a really good Lawyer. I had false allegations , kyle did a great job in dealing with this. The judge finally exposed her and told her that she has "serious credibility issues ". Kyle was fighting for the truth. Finally Truth won and lies and deceit lost. He is hardworking and knowledgeable and knows how to deal with false allegations. If you are truthful then you have found a good lawyer. Truth wins and so Justice wins finally .

Discuss my case with the attorney a week in advance he said he would be happy to review my document and take the case so a week later out of my father and my both very busy work schedules including caring for my child, we drive collectively almost 2 hours to meet. First we get there and he sees us an hour late but we're not even allowed to sit in the lobby even with our face mask a woman comes out and very rudely tells us that we need to go wait in our car so we go downstairs and we wait. An hour later weird than getting a text message telling us he's ready to see us. We get into the office I hand him the document he doesn't look through anything he listens and then rushes us after he made us wait an hour and then dismisses us without reviewing anything in the documents and vaguely tells me what forms to look for on the judicial Council website. We both had a feeling when we walked out that he had wasted our time. So later on that day not even a phone call we get a text message saying that upon review he regrettably cannot take our case. I don't know how he could have come to this conclusion being that he didn't review any documents or get familiar with my case or even assist me in the very minor things that the court order me to do. He had no problems wasting our time making us wait rushing us out of the office and then not even having the decency to pick up the phone and personally call and say he couldn't take the case and why he couldn't take the case just very dismissive very rude staff we were wand it down and searched like we were at the airport and people were not dressed in professional attire at all just sloppy and very unprofessional. The only plus side is that the office is very nice other than that I wouldn't waste time going to this place at all I don't know what the attorneys issue is and who is doing these ratings but they cannot possibly be real people they have to be fake I would give this place 0 Stars if I could. My dad and I are very hardworking people very upstanding citizens that are in a very unfortunate situation that could easily be fixed don't waste your time coming here because he sounds like she might work for DCFS and not to protect people from DCFS even though his website states that he handles cases like mine and even told me he would hold me in his prayers knowing everything about my case before we even came into the office total waste of time and a complete day of earnings lost for both my father and myself. Very disappointed because Joseph seems like a really nice guy and I really looked forward to working with him as my attorney and he must have thought that we were poured with his statement being that he's very expensive well we happen to have very expensive hey and my child has no price tag I would be willing to pay any dollar amount to have the best representation to have Justice served against the lies DCFS told. With a fast-approaching court date he didn't even Flinch at my need for assistance and told me good luck on my search finding another attorney. What a shame and rude rude staff we were also told not to speak until he's done speaking by one of his staff members as if we are children. Well he was asking questions and if someone ask a question you would answer right? What a complete let down once again this is a warning to stay away from disappointment and an attorney who will I assure you help then turn you away if you look like you can't afford him.

Paul Velasco helped me resolve some issues with a sibling regarding my dads Trust after he passed away. He was very professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. I was targeted by DCFS for no good reason with my license and livelihood on the line. I was referred to Atty Kyle by several professionals. He has been an attorney and representing families with DCFS court cases for many years and I found he was well known-respected at family court. He took my case but took his time and explained it in elementary terms so I understood everything since this was my first time being in this situation where charges we filed against me with outright lies and false allegations. He didn't make any promises or guarantees but he did let me know that my case was in a high percentage of being dismissed. He made me feel I had chosen the right attorney from day one! Within a matter of days Atty Kyle filed my case and within less than 2months of full investigation my case was dismissed without prejudice and my child was returned to me. I think one of the main things he did was to keep my head cool and my anger under control so I could deal with the situation intelligently. My ex (the mother) would not let me see my daughter and I have a restraining order on me. Kyle cut the bs and was straight forward and told me what the outcomes can be. Kyle puro is a great attorney, I been blessed to have found a lawyer who will put your wishes 1st to get the job done. I got his assistants 4 years back and once agine in2020 he is in his toes with anything you might need or even before you ask him he knows what your looking for in a case!! I just spent 5 minutes on the phone with Kyle and during that timeframe I received more helpful information than I've been able to get in 2 weeks of talking to various legal professionals and institutions.
