I'm really glad I found Ainbinder and Pratt. I had been stressing about my car accident that happen while I was working. I met with Michael Ainbinder and he explained the process of having a Personal injury claim and a workers compensation claim. I had become injured at work back in 2006 while teaching nursing and I had hired Juliana Guerriero of Cantrell and Green in Long Beach, CA. As my case moved forward my Doctors made the determination that due to the combination of cumulative back trauma and the sudden injury I suffered while teaching clinicals I would not be able to continue in the 26 year career I loved. My other situation that compounded this experience was that I had been also diagnosed with a Bipolar Disorder among a few other psychiatric disorders and I had spent years in therapy and in psychiatrist's offices. I had literally been on every medication there was with not much succcess. Juliana recommended my meeting with Anna as it was recommended that I apply for Social Security Disability. Anna suggested I include my psychiatric diagnoses as 40% of SSDI cases are dismissed on the first try. I retained Anna and she guided me through the process of filling out the paperwork and preparing the documentation. Because of Anna's efforts my case was approved within four months. AND it was approved on the very first submission of my paperwork Anna advised me that if I had just applied due to the back injury it would have most likely been denied out of hand. Not only that, but I was approved with my case not being revisited until the last tier of 5-7 years. A few months ago I was advised by the court that my case was being revisited, but a few days later was advised by Anna's secretary that they chose not to revisit it after all. Also Anna charged me a very fair price for her work and got me the best possible outcome. If you need an extremely competent SSDI Attorney, Anna is your woman. There were so many horror stories of lawyer incompetence or them not staying in touch with their clients, and for me this was just not the case. I had the best experience with Anna and would recommend her 100%. She always kept me abreast of my case and worked very hard to win a positive outcome for me.

Before I contacted David I actually contacted a few other websites or lawyers and spoke to three of them and out of the lawyers that contacted me and spoke to me David was the most professional and the most important, honest. He was very upfront with my case is far as the best case scenario and worst case scenario outcome. He was able to dismiss my case and I have no dmv points,no fees for courts and no convictions! I would use him in the future. And I would recommend him to anyone.

I have had attorneys before but am super impressed with this lady! I never have any delays or unanswered questions thru my case.
