Probate Caring person. I hired Mr. Moriel to represent me in a heated probate case. A family member would not leave the family home. He evicted her. She would not pay rent. He had the court make an order charging her for the rent and damage she caused to the property. The family member ended up with nothing! He went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend him. I would hire him again.

Attorney David Mariel stepped into a last minute legal courtroom situation. He was impressive in court as he schooled the opposing attorney, while aggressively but respectfully fighting in court to move a stagnant case toward.
