I hired Attorney David Moriel to represent me as a personal representative in a probate case to recover substantial assets from a caregiver, who got my friend to transfer cash and property to her and her son in the months before she died. Attorney David Moriel represented me with my father's probate case to defend a threatened lawsuit by my father's step children. Mr. Moriel called their bluff and provided their lawyer with the LAW showing them that they had no case. After that, their lawyer and the step children had nothing to show and had to back-off as Mr. Moriel showed them that the law was on MY side. The estate was closed and they received nothing.
