Where do I start I could write a novel about this whole workers com injury adventure. Here are my tips for you if you want your case to go well. Do not try to do it on your own, hire these guys and let them do the work. Just make sure you listen to them and be patient, things take time, I noticed the insurance company tried to stall on everything we did. Thanks guys!

When I was looking for a workers compensation attorney online I was totally amazed how very few people even picked up the phone and when they did, I was put on hold for several minutes. I called this organization and someone picked up right away and was very relaxed and willing to hear me tell my whole complicated annoying story lol. I set an appointment, the location was easy to find, plenty of parking and signed up to get my case going down the right road. So far I am more than happy with Jose and the whole staff.

I had a difficult case. I was hurt on the job and my employer did not have workers compensation insurance. He took me to the ER paid for my medical out of his own pocket. Promised to pay all my medical bills and pay me weekly pay until I got better. After about a month of excuses I got fed up and looked for a lawyer to help me. Everyone turned me away except this firm because my case was not able to be worked in the regular work comp system. I had to go through some other state fund setup to help me, which I found out was a lot of work and that is why the other law firms would not take my case. When Jose signed my case up he did tell me upfront that things would move slowly and to be patient but eventually things would settle. He was right, it did take a long time but eventually things did settle. I received medical treatment and a settlement for my disability. I cannot thank this whole firm enough for helping me in a time where nobody else would.

I was stupid and did not file my case right away because I was afraid to get fired. I did tell my boss I was injured thankfully because that was the only thing that got my case accepted from denied status. I have a long boring story, but to summarize these guys were all stars sorting out the mess I brought to them. I am 100000% happy and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a great work injury attorney.

I was totally satisfied with my experience from day one until day 250 lol, It can take a long time to settle your case gang so be aware of that especially if you had a serious injury like i did. I would say the hardest thing about being injured at work is not being able to have any control over getting better as fast as you want.
