Carolyn is a professional and knowledgeable attorney that was able to get me all the parenting time that I asked for from the court. She filed every thing timely with the court. Never over charged for her services and always followed up on messages that I left. I’d highly recommend her to any father looking to spend more time w there children.

I want to first mention I started my divorce in Nov 2020. Due to pandemic delays my petition did not move forward as fast as I would have liked. My lawyer at the time did not give me straight answers or guided me regarding the process. I had two court dates and my lawyer could not attend the hearings to assist me. As a result, I lost precious time and money that I can never get back. Finally, in April 2022 I decided to work with Kim Law Group. I was immediately impressed with Caroline’s work ethics. Most importantly, I wanted my case to be a priority for her. I wanted my lawyer to show up for me in court to help me get results. Caroline has filed all the necessary paperwork: RFOs, Discovery Requests, etc. We have not wasted time since she took my case. She is very clear regarding expectations and she takes my case seriously. I had a court date at the beginning of this month. Caroline exceeded all my expectations! She was ready, she knew all the details of my case and what I wanted to get out of the hearing. She had her notes up to date and when the judge asked her for specific details, she was able to provide, dates, times and name of the person whom she had spoken to regarding the issue. What a way to show up for her clients! The opposing lawyer could not refute any information Caroline provided the judge with because she had detailed notes about their conversations. The judge granted my bifurcation of marriage request. This was my first victory and I could not have done it without Caroline’s help! Unfortunately, there are some issues we need to go to trial to resolve. However, we already got the date of the trial and I feel confident Caroline will once again be there for me and get me results. My divorce has been stressful I do believe all divorces are but ever since Caroline represents me, I feel less stressed because Caroline is there for me 24/7. not sure where to start from, alot to share. Caroline Kim family Law attorney handled our child custody case. She literally took our initial case in a sunday, hours before court appearance, was not an easy road but in every court appearance she used to give her all and she always fought for my parental rights. Today finally after almost two years we feel lighter, less stress and super content and happy with our final court appearance. But more than anything much gratitud and appreciation towards her amd her firm.
