Everyone in the office was very helpful and patient with me. This was the first case I was involved in so I was not knowledgeable on the process or what to expect. I was extremely happy that the whole staff made me feel well taken care of.

I hired Colleen Pratts office about 2 years ago for a Workmans comp injury and I would definitely recommend them to someone or anyone who is dealing with a work injury, because the work comp system is terrible! When I would call to get status on my case, the staff was always very helpful. The assistant on my case was great. And when it came time for settlement, Mrs. Pratt was awesome. I'd use her office again if I ever needed to.

I never received a call from any attorney. The legal aid send emails in the behave of the attorney. My last contact with an attorney at that office was 2yrs ago. Case still pending.

I'm disappointed with how long it took them to settle my case. The worst part was that I was told my settlement check would arrive within 35 days and if it was late there would be a 10% late fee. 43 days later, my check finally showed up, costing me almost $600 in late fees at my apartment and they never even responded to me about why I'm not getting the 10% late charge. Very disappointed.
