Laurel and Brent are kind, patient, efficient, and honest. I knew I was in good hands after our first call. I really appreciated that nothing was sugar coated and that Laurel helped to gauge my expectations about the time things would take as well as potential outcomes for the case. Anytime I didn't understand something fully, Laurel took the time to help me understand over the phone. I didn't feel like I was just another client, I felt taken care of. Something that I REALLY loved was Laurel's excellent communication. I don't think that there was ever one time when I called her when she didn't pick up her phone. I will absolutely refer them to anyone I know who is looking for legal help.
