I'm disappointed with how long it took them to settle my case. The worst part was that I was told my settlement check would arrive within 35 days and if it was late there would be a 10% late fee. 43 days later, my check finally showed up, costing me almost $600 in late fees at my apartment and they never even responded to me about why I'm not getting the 10% late charge. Very disappointed.

Do not call these people, they don't work for you, they work for the insurance company's!!

I'm really glad I found Ainbinder and Pratt. I had been stressing about my car accident that happen while I was working. I met with Michael Ainbinder and he explained the process of having a Personal injury claim and a workers compensation claim.
