As a first time offender, I was very skeptical about hiring an attorney. I conducted a rigorous and extensive research on potential candidates and without a fail Mr. Ruff did not disappoint. He is knowledgeable and has many years of expertise with the law and defense. Mr. Ruff remained professional and on top of my case. His services kept me at ease and satisfactory. Three charges were dismissed and I ended with a wet and reckless which I am content with. Having Jessica Mercado as our immigration attorney was astounding. She went above and beyond to help us expedite the process on acquiring my mother’s important documents.. She always answered all our questions and took the time to explain things thoroughly when matters needed to be addressed immediately. She was very approachable and available at anytime of the day whether by email, text, call or a short meeting. Ms. Mercado helped with my Father's FOIA, FOI, and FBI background checks. She explained the process from start to finish.
