Mr. Jonathan Ibanez is by far the best criminal defensive lawyer in California at the moment. He is very smart, knows his job. While you are in limbo, scared and have no idea of what to do he has a way of assuring you and calming your nerves down that everything would alright.I was arrested for soliciting prostitution. I contacted and hired Mr. Ibanez he explain the whole scenario to me really well and assured me all will work good in my favor. I didn't have to go to court he represented me in court at all my hearings. He would always update me on all my hearings and all turns out to be a very good outcome. The court ordered me to do a community service and was done successfully. With the help of Mr. Ibanez my case was dismissed and closed permanently. After he informed me if I want to destroy and seal the arrest record he can also help me do that as well.he represented me again in court presented my petition to court to seal and destroy the arrest record and it was successfully granted. I had a bench warrant as well and he was able to recall the bench warrant and I was a free man. I would recommended Mr. Ibanez anytime, anywhere,wherever to anyone. He is a good lawyer so whoever reading this I will say search no more you already have the man here himself. He does a fantastic job and he would put smiles back onto your face again.DO NOT LOOK ELSEWHERE PLEASE CALL HIM NOW.

Jonathan was Amazing! It was a very scary thing to see I had a warrant out for my arrest. He took on my case and told me not to worry. With my job I am gone a lot, He tackled all the ins and outs of the case, without him I would have had no idea as to where to even begin. He appeared for me and gave me constant updates! My family was recently assaulted, both literally and figuratively, with a blindsided appeal for attention. The perpetrator was known to us, not a close acquaintance, but enough to involve us in an unprovoked prosecutorial filing with the local PD. The circumstances were curious and obtuse by any measure but that didn't modify the reality. Mr. Ibanez very covertly and convincingly led the other party to drop their threat of prosecution in the face of a countersuit against them, with contrary evidence in support. Life is too short to spend it in a courtroom without palpable cause. Mr. Ibanez satisfied our desire to let sleeping dogs lie and provided us an avenue back to the sanctity of Community and the embrace of worried family.
