Before I met Mr. Lim, I've gone through many disappointments in my case. I wasted my times, money and sometimes could not sleep at night. It was horrible for me. Right, after I met Mr. Lim, I learned that he is very helpful and friendly. He is always helping me with my questions. In the end, I won my case. Very precise and a straight shooter. Really puts the effort to empathize with clients and accomplish what you want. Surgical advice--both the good and the bad. Can be kind of intimidating because he's very smart and tells it like it is. Would recommend him to family and friends facing the enormous pressure of a powerful and unforgiving legal system.

After dealing with an unscrupulous bankruptcy attorney, I was looking for a reputable and competent bankruptcy attorney. Mr. Lim's former clients spoke very highly of him and I soon discovered his reputation preceded him. I decided to discuss my case with him and after speaking to Mr. Lim, it was clear that Mr. Lim was highly experienced and knowledgeable in bankruptcy cases. The problem with my previous attorney was that he told me that I was qualified to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. After I paid for the attorney fee and the court filing fee, my previous attorney delayed filing my case over five months, presumably to convert a chapter 7 case to a chapter 13 for an additional fee. This was not the case with Mr. Lim. Mr. Lim carefully considered my financial situation and asked for documents. He told me I was qualified to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. After I retained Mr. Lim, he allowed me to make payments to pay for his fee and the court filing fee. This was extremely helpful because I could not come up with the entire fee. As he promised, Mr. Lim filed a Chapter 7 case in a month. Mr. Lim prepared me for the Meeting of Creditors and the meeting went smoothly. My bankruptcy case went by fast and smooth and I credited this to Mr. Lim. I highly recommend Mr. Lim to anyone who is looking for a great reputable bankruptcy attorney.

I was in pre trial confinement. Joe would always come let me know any changes in the case. I could call and he would come and address any concerns i had. The government wanted no less than 10 yrs, i got time served. The process was long for me and i dont think i could have come out as good as i did without him. I didnt take a plea deal and joe fought my case when other attorney's wouldnt.

I cannot give enough praise or recommendation for Joseph Low. I am an active-duty Marine Gunnery Sergeant, and received a DUI in town along with some other charges. He immediately reassured me that he would fight hard for my case in town, but also warned me of the wrath that would soon be coming from the military. He was right, the military threatened and proceeded with a court martial, because of Mr. Low and his reputation they immediately dropped the court martial when they found out who I retained as an attorney. Next they tried a competency review board, with one day notice of the proceedings Mr. Low changed all plans so he could be there and represent me. I am still a Gunnery Sergeant today because of Mr. Low. As far as my case in town all charges, but 1 were dismissed, and I never stepped one foot into a court room. If you are in the military and face charges, retain him, do exactly what he says, and don’t trust your command.
