I hired Kyle as he was recommend from a wonderful LA dependency attorney, Joseph Land. He truly has been a super star in my DCFS case. He is when keeping it real goes right. He worked with me regarding price and he is very thorough with his approach. If children's court was college, Kyle Puro is the star quarterback. You cant go wrong with having the star quarter back on your team. He is genuine, straight to the point and very personable. I felt compelled to write the review, because he truly saved my behind from those terrible one sided DCFS investigators. He also looks like a young Tom Sizemore. Thank you SO much Kyle!

Kyle Puro was my attorney for an international custody case. At the beginning of the case, he clearly explained the court processes, possible outcomes and financial terms. It was a very stressful time and situation, yet Kyle made it manageable. He truly cared about my family and the outcome, which he demonstrated in the courtroom. Kyle was flexible and understanding of my financial hardships, charging me fraction of the attorney fees compared to my ex, who spent almost 100k on the case. He is truly a good person with a good heart who cares. I am so grateful for his representation, and highly recommend him.

I went through a really nasty and contentious divorce that spilled over into that joke of a Dependency courthouse in Monterey Park.  My ex accused me of physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, and everything else in between.  On the first day in court, I was ordered monitored visits. However, Kyle saw through my ex and convinced the court to order 730 psychological evaluation.  This was my saving grace.  When the crooked social worker’s attorney attempted to pick a hack psychologist to assess and perform my 730, Kyle advocated for another doctor that saw through my ex.  After 10 months of monitored visits with my daughter, we went to trial. Throughout the entire process, the social worker’s treated me like garbage. Kyle was right there to keep me focused.  At trial, Kyle got the entire case DISMISSED.  In trial, he prepared my testimony and was a man amongst boys against my daughter’s terrible attorney and the social worker’s attorney.  It was like watching a pro vs. a high school athlete.  The other attorney could hardly ask a question of me on the stand because he kept objecting to her non-sense.  Kyle was great on the price and spoke very plainly to me.  In the end, he even helped do what all the therapist and social workers could not do. He set it up for me and my ex to speak to each other for the first time in over 3 years.  He told me exactly what to sincerely say and I did and now, we are co-parenting again.  If you need a juvenile dependency attorney please call Kyle, he is the only honest and fair attorney that I ever dealt with in 5 years and 5 attorneys of litigation. 

I feel like 5 stars isn't enough for what Richard Poland did for me. I hired Richard for a DUI case last year and he helped me more than I could ever imagine. Having Richard as my lawyer gave me a sense of peace because I knew I had chosen the best. From the first meeting with Richard I knew I had put my case into the right hands. If you find yourself in trouble , give Richard Poland a call. I guarantee you will not be disappointed because he's the best at what he does.

Listen after a 33 year relationship which begin at age 15, my young high school sweetheart, four children, two grandchildren later, raising my boys as an entrepreneur building a family day care business working over 50 hrs a week attending every DR's appointments, school functions, parent conference and being the administrator of household affairs! Just so that one day the man you thought you build your whole world upon would leave you desolate!! The biggest nightmare ever known to a wife, mother and partner in life, like no other, just to be left for someone new!! My grandbabies left without their normal summer attire, entertainments and grandmas routine enjoyments!! I called Kyle and gave him my best shot, broke and all! My heart was shattered, my bank account left emptied, my family left desolate by the man I thought I could trust forever! Bottom line! Kyle took my every word, every concern and even allowed me to vent with all my worst! He took it, blessed it and gave me a spousal support return that finally justified my worth, my value and my identity as a mother and once called wife devoted, loyal and yes bruised, yet victoriously standing strong because of Mr. Puro's passionate heart! Words aren't enough to express how Mr.Puro helped my son and me. I was in a horrible battle in dependency court where my concerns regarding my son's safety were being dismissed left and right .Mr. Puro was the only one that really listened and actually treated me like a person and not a case number. He stood by my side all day at court and made me feel at ease and was a great support system, even making me laugh, which greatly decreased my anxiety! Mr. Puro is just ..amazing , met with him on a Thursday , went over my case, and Friday we were in court and he was fighting for my son and me, doing everything possible to make sure my son was safe. You can tell he genuinely cares and just wants to help people. I'm a nurse so I know how it feels to just want to help people and I hope one day I can make someone feel how Kyle made me feel.. Like there's still real, genuine, good hearted people in this world .

Kyle really care law about me as a client. He listens and actually takes action. He also is a good family man. He showed me pictures of his cute dog!

Excellent attorney! Very compassionate and sympathetic yet thorough and honest about my case. He did not bs me with fake promises, he gave it to me straight so I knew exactly what to expect and how to prepare. RIch Poland is the most honest, hard working lawyer you'll find. No, I don't work for him, nor am I a member of his family. Although I do now think of him as a friend to our family. I first met rich several years ago as a desperate parent trying to navigate the nightmare of the legal system when my teenager was arrested and charged with a very serious crime. I was terrified when I got the call. I was 500 miles away and had no way to communicate with my child to find out what was going on. Rich calmed me down and promptly went to see my child, less than an hour after I first called his office. He was able to let my child know that I had been in touch and was on my way. This was before any discussion of fees are payment of any kind. It was simply what needed to happen and he just did it, right then and there. Sadly, it would a lengthy battle to get my son home and his record cleared but we did it. Poland was there every step of the way. Throughout the ordeal he was always available by phone and usually in person most any evening. He explained what was going on and listened to a lot of questions from this worried mom. His rates were far more reasonable than any attorney I am aware of and most importantly his heart is in the job. He is smart and efficient and will give you good advice that takes into account the specifics of your particular case. I am so grateful to know of a 'Good Lawyer' that I can refer people to.
