I have recently had Mr. Matt Horeczko represent me for a TRO- temporary restraining order requested by my brother’s ex girlfriend. She created a complete lie that I was harassing her after my brother’s passing which was completely untrue. Mr. Horeczko was able to calmly provide support for me to understand the legal process by explaining all the details of what will transpire and which way to best proceed. Mr. Horeczko represented myself during the hearing proceedings in the most professional manner which brought relief to me and the TRO was not granted or approved by the court. Mr. Horeczko is a caring yet experienced and professional attorney who proved to be extremely helpful in this matter. The office staff made appointments and never stuck to them they would Called me through out the day while at work then leave a message that I messed the visit. When I scheduled it at 530pm

Matt has helped me with various things over the years. He helped win a settlement case when I got jumped at a party when I was 20 years old. He stayed on the case for years and pushed for it to get resolved and we received a very nice settlement. He has also helped with other miscellaneous things over the last 13 years of my life. He is incredibly smart and passionate about what he does. He doesn't rest and treats you like you are his own family. I feel very lucky to have had Matt and his team by my side for the last 13 years and know I can call on him at any time for help or advice.

I have worked with others attorneys in the past but, my experience with Matthew went beyond my expectations. I meet with him at his office and we went through all the documents and he asked me two question “why did you come to me” “ what do you want out of this.” My response was simple. I wanted some one who was going to work hard, fight, keep communication with me if I called with questions I wanted to speak to him not anyone else and most importantly honesty. I didn’t want empty unrealistic promises. I got every thing I wanted. Every thing I mentioned he delivered and the outcome was what I wanted. He kicked ass in court. He is worth every penny you won’t be disappointed.!!!

Matt is great. He took a very complex issue I had and was able to essentially make it go away. He is a true trial lawyer. Rare in this world today that spin out lawyers. He is comfortable and make you comfortable and just lays out the facts. Pricing is very fair, market priced, at least compared to other when I was interviewing lawyers for my case. Use Matt, he is good and he will always take your call or at the least say he is in court and call you back. He doesn't leave you hanging which is the worse thing. I am thrilled with the outcome of my case and not sure I would have gotten the same result with someone else.
