Laurel was very professional and settled my case swiftly👍

I HIGHLY recommend the Law Offices of Buchsbaum & Haag! My original case had merit on it's own but when Brent reviewed it he found additional infractions and was very aggressive in his defense of me! My settlement exceeded my expectations! I am sending others his way and suggest anyone who feels they have been wronged by their employer contact the Buchsbaum & Haag law firm first! I'd give them 10 stars if I could, they're a great law firm!

I was referred to Brent Buchsbaum after a very tough termination from 12 years of employment. My employer extremely large with powerfulteam of in-house Attorneys'. Right from the very start, the ENTIRE process was amazing! He took my call right away, listened at length to my story which came at a time that I REALLY needed someone to understand and help with a terrible life changing experience! He did not hesitate to go up against a very well funded legal team. He and every member of the firm were extremly resonponsive, thorough and detailed. He, in fact, such a great attorney that he was able to not only secure a fair and equitable settlement for me, but he cleverly uncovered a few other violations that my organization was practicing. This focus will undoubtedly require them to improve the treatment of all employees! I can not recommend this firm and Brent highly enough! Thank you Brent and Kim for everything!!!!

I called and spoke to a case intake lady by the name Kim (?) regarding my termination this morning. As soon as I disclosed the company information and the description of my case, she changes her voice tone and says my case is not enough for a legal proceeding, and hangs up before I got a chance to finish. What a condescending attitude. Yeah I understand this won't be a big money case, but someone has just gone through a terrible and unjust termination. Will never again give this place another chance or recommend to anyone.

Brent settled my case and some money was paid but unfortunately he stopped following up and I didn't get all the money that was owed to me. All the other class members of Pacific Wine Distributors didn't fully get paid either.

Brent was amazing with my case. When we first met, he really took the time to understand everything that I had explained and really kept me updated every step of the way. That was really important to me. I was very happy with everything that Brent has done for me. I would highly recommend Brent and his firm to anyone that is looking for legal representation with their case in labor law.

Laurel has been so wonderful all year. She was kind and patient and saw me through a stressful time with a good resolution. She always had great communication about the process and responded to any and all questions I had along the way. I would highly recommend the office.

I talked to at least 20 different law offices about my case... So many intake forms, limited time to get facts out, every single time by a young junior associate. When I contacted Buchsbaum & Haag, I was called back within 30 minutes of my intake and had a personal meeting with Brent the next day IN OFFICE!! Brent's 20+ years of experience was immediately evident in our office visit. Extremely detailed in his approach, always returning calls promptly, and numerous phone calls from him verifying details gave us a very quick and satisfying resolution to the case.
