I had to write a review regarding this amazing firm. When I called the Golbach firm. I was being garnished and was in debt and I needed help. Marc was amazing and he put me at ease regarding the process. I had never filed bancruptcy before and was nervous about the process.I cannot tell you how many times I emailed or called the office and it was a lot. They also ways answered my questions and now that I look back, some were kind of silly.But, they answered them any way. However, here is why I really appreciate Marc. My Landlord tried to evict me when I filed bancruptcy and tried to petition the court. Marc was there for me and appeared in court for me to resolve that problem as well. The only negative is the time frame in which the actual process of a bankruptcy takes, but that isn't their fault; but if you have all your information readily available, Marc and his team take care of the rest.
