I never thought I would need an attorney!! So when my daughter needed a DUI attorney I had NO CLUE on who to hire. I did my all my research and was still confused. Thank goodness my best friend gave me Jerrys phone number to contact. From beginning to end I let Jerry proceed to handle all aspects of this case. I knew I was in the best hands I could hire. He explained everything so I knew what needed to be done. He knows the whole court system and got things done swiftly!! His service fee was very reasonable and I got every pennys worth in his outstanding service!! I got the best outcome for my daughter with Jerry's hard work. I couldnt have done this without him. Hopefully I wont need another attorney but if I do I have Jerry's phone number on speed dial!!

Mr. Nicholson did an incredible job of defending me. I had a complicated case across 2 counties consisting of multiple felony charges and he did not stop fighting for me until the prosecution was willing to let me stay out of jail. I truly believe that if I had chosen a different attorney I would be in jail right now for a long time. He was extremely straight forward and no bullshit about building my defense and his many years of practice as well as his connections made for a positive outcome that allowed me to remain a productive member of society. I called Jerry's office and left a message. To my surprise not even an hour later I was speaking to the man himself. He was kind and patient with me as I was borderline panic mode after hearing that I had an old outstanding warrant out of Long Beach. Wanted to hand my case off to a public defender after paying the balance due. I hired another attorney, and he had my case dismissed. Thanks for making me feel secure and legally stealing my money. Shows up late. Answering service is terrible. Good at initial visit. Great 30 year sales pitch. Explains what happens in 1 month 2 months and 3. Terrible at preparing you for court, especially for my first and last time ever being excused of a crime. Explained to me why my ex-wife tried to convict me of a DV charge, to get a green card after I asked for a divorce. I did not realize it. He pointed it out. It Should have been a easy case for him. Remember be calm, interview at least as many as you need to and then some. I got nervous and jumped on the first one I interviewed. My error. He's a Sharp Dresser!
