When I spoke to attorney about my case, I right away knew he was honest. I am a US citizen married with an immigrant. I am unable to petition my husband because he entered the us with a false green card, and reinterred the next day. There is no waiver for that. Somebody gave false allegations about him, and the attorney said he is most likely able to qualify for a u visa. We had an appt at 3:30. He was prompt, and respectful.
