Brian was very knowledgeable about the topic. He was clear as to the law and provided possible option that I could pursue. I will not hesitate to contract Brian regarding immigration issues.

Good information, honest and short. You just have to get used to his business like personality. We will be using him as I was looking for an honest and experienced lawyer to help us.

Mr. Lerner understood my situation from an email I'd sent him, gave me a precise rundown of my options, explained them, then emailed me a restatement of them with his fee for each. It was a flat, straightforward dollar amount with no caveats; no "Well, it could be more." or "This is to start the process.", which is rare in the trade. He also responded immediately to further questions I emailed. I haven't yet used his service, so I can't speak to his actual performance, but my impression so far is that he's on the up-and-up, will be straight with you and isn't going to mess you around.
