Very nice receptionist set me up for a phone appointment. After missing our call time, they told me that they want me to come in to the office instead of a phone appointment. I already explained that I prefer to consult by phone and that I would be too busy to come in to the office. Unfortunately, they cancelled my appointment. I would not trust future expectations set by this office
