Honestly this attorney has been really unprofessional with me. I’ve been trying to reach him for the past two weeks and specifically request a call back but instead I get an email with a very vague message. It’s very difficult for me to say he is a good attorney but I can’t even have a talk with him I guess. I have paid thousands of dollars and feel like they are only there to take your money but afterwards not even a simple follow up. I really have a ton of patience and to really upset me it takes a lot. I bet they won’t even care if I leave this review here since following up it’s not their thing. I get it you guys get busy but that’s not an excuse for not even calling me. Am a truck driver am always on the road I can’t just walk in to the office and “talk” and I have in the past and always get the run around with “you need an appointment” even if it’s something simple that can be answered in seconds. My recommendation stay away from this place. As I seen on another review am not the only one that has had a bad experience here.

I am currently living in Korea and had to ask some questions about immigration issues. Lawyer Brian D. Lerner called me directly and promptly on time. On the website it says he gives free 15-minute consultations. We spoke for 5 minutes and 25 seconds. Because that was all we needed. Additional information he needed was asked through an email which I got within a minute of hanging up the phone. That is just the beginning of my first encounter with Mr. Lerner. He was very friendly and helpful of my needs. I look forward very much to working with him in the near future.
