I called the office ,staff took all my info and said that i will get a call at 2:30 for a 10 Mins counsultation. I never got the return call !!! when i called back at 3:30 to see what happened to my phone call appointment i was told "it shows here you were contacted and counsulted " it shows how professional and accurate are this firm when they can't keep the track of who they called and who havn't been called!!! Thanks for freaking wasting my half day

The staff has rendered their services professionally. No false hopes or empty promises, just providing you all the legal options you may have. The online payment and communications are just one of tools that are available that makes the whole process less painful and convenient. Most of all, I appreciate the fact that they understand my situation well and that they found the best solution to my case.My case manager also wanted my husband to get a report from a psychologist about all his sufferings. When we went to Mexico, I was only there for 10 days and now We have returned and have my green card. I would recommend Brian D. Lerner, but just know it took a little longer than I wanted it to, but in the end it was worth it.

never recommended, Because at first Mr. Lerner will talk with you respectively and persuade you that he can do your case, after signing contract and get money your will never see him even 1 time. He is responsible in my case that denied, because as uscis Report , there were some points that if he told me before filing my case, i could solve them and it was his duty to tell clients, because when we pay him we hire him to do this best, but unfortunately he didn't do ,and i respect his personality but i wana say Him, Mr. Lerner Money is not everything in business , you are changing job credit with money that will never answer , you should understand clients situation .you should accept your responsibility.

I'm a Canadian citizen, living in the US for the past 30+ years - and married to a US citizen. I've contacted many law offices over the years (including INS (when it was INS)) and was told to wait until there was an amnesty - but urged not to leave the country. I decided to keep pressing on and did a free consult with Chris Reed at this law firm. He asked many questions, explained the process and told me he couldn't guarantee anything but felt, based on the questions he asked, that I had a good case. He gave me a solid quote for services and after calling around to a few others for free consults (again being told I didn't have a great case), I called Chris again and brought up all the points that 3 other attorneys mentioned and he had an answer for each (basing it off law)... I felt very comfortable with him and the fact he gave me about a 1.5 hr consult going over all my questions, his questions etc. I decided to hire him. Before doing so I bombarded him with more questions via email and phone calls which he patiently and happily answered - I was looking for reassurance of why he felt I had a good case (when others didn't). Mr. Reed told me that I could probably file on my own with little problem... but I wanted the assurance of hiring a firm that knew their stuff if problems came up. I'm really glad I did!
I knew going into this that opening/starting a case was a big gamble and might not have the desired outcome... It was a risk I needed to take.
Mr. Reed and all the staff made the entire process very very simple for me - I just needed to provide all the required documents (i.e. photos, birth certs, tax info, passports, etc). He filled out all the confusing forms with all the info I provided and I had a client portal to log in to where I could see the progress of the forms, documents etc. They even kept me abreast of all communication from the USCIS.
In addition to my case - I had a slight and unusual medical barrier that arose - Mr. Reed had an answer and filed a waiver for me.
My case was approved on Dec 8th and I couldn't be happier! I've read some of the other reviews and honestly I concluded that 1. You can't please everyone (true for anyone, in any profession) and 2. This is immigration... either the reviewer didn't ask enough questions, misunderstood the process, misrepresented documents and/or facts etc. 3. There are some great reviews being filtered out which is misleading to potential clients and as a small business owner myself, I know it's very frustrating!

I came to Attorney Brian D. Lerner for a free consultation he was able to fix my status thru a U-VISA petition. With the great job of Attorney Christopher Reed In less than a year i Had my work permit, soon i will be able to apply for my LPR. I don't have words to express how thankful i'm with Attorney Lerner's Firm. I have recommended various friends and family members to his firm and they all have got a great comeback from him. If you need an honest and professional attorney don't hesitate and make an appointment to see him.
