Great Service received by Mr.Brian D Lerner office. We had no success after arguing 18 years against USCI and spent lot of money to attorneys. Mr.Brian Lerner gave us best advise on the way to get my Green Card. I received my approved I-130. His office also get us approval of I-212 permission to reapply after deportation. I am really appreciate his excellent service. Only concern I have is that its hard to reach him but his staff is very cooperative.

I was afraid to leave the U.S. and apply for a pardon. If it were denied, I could be barred from coming back for 10 years. Brian Lerner was able to get a pardon approved while I was waiting in the U.S. even though my wife did not have a lot of medical problems. It took a while because Mr. Lerner wanted to know all the problems my wife would suffer is she had to move with myself and my kids to Mexico and also if she stayed in the U.S. while I was in Mexico. My case manager also wanted my wife to get a report from a psychologist about all her sufferings. When I went to Mexico, I was only there for less than a week and now I have returned and have my green card. I would recommend Brian D. Lerner, but just know it took a little longer than I wanted it to, but in the end it was worth it.

I have had a long history with the Immigration Court. I committed a crime in 2006 and was put into proceedings. I was ordered deported sometime in 2007. After that, I hired the Immigration Law Firm of Brian Lerner. Through his expertise, he made a Motion to Reopen based upon the fact that the crime was not an aggravated felony. The case was reopened and the Immigration Judge still denied my case. Mr. Lerner then appealed the case to the Board of Immigration Appeals. They denied my case. Then Mr. Lerner filed a Petition for Review in the Circuit Courts of Appeal. It was reversed and sent back down. We went through a trial again at the Immigration Court and I was granted finally my Green Card. I recently hired Mr. Lerner to do my Naturalization and it was approved. I am now a US Citizen and very happy with all the hard work and expertise that Mr. showed. If you have a hard case, he is the immigration attorney you should use. He is a bit expensive, but in the end it was all worth it.
