When you need a lawyer, it is usually because of a difficult situation. After receiving a summons and investigating the plaintiffs attorney, not only did we find such a bad reputation but he had been sanctioned by a judge for underhanded behavior. We knew that we needed professional help to guide us through this maze of legal work and negotiations. Mr. Cooper quickly took control of our situation with his strong knowledge and expertise of the law. We were so thankful that we had such a heavy hitter like Mr. Cooper to intercede and defend us with out case. Thank you is just not enough for how relieved we feel. Mr. Cooper defended me in a medical malpractice case in which I should not have been named (but I was due to the intransigence of the plaintiff, and so still needed a strong defense). He expertly handled my case through motions, supportive expert witness affidavits, and guiding me through the deposition. He kept me completely informed about the case at every step. In the end, he advocated for me behind the scenes with the plaintiff, and succeeded in having me dismissed from the lawsuit (which, my obvious bias aside, was appropriate, but which could not have happened without his careful efforts on my behalf). A great outcome for me, as I could have been tied up much longer, and I recommend him to anyone needing an honest, sincere, pleasant, but appropriately aggressive defense attorney on your behalf.
