Avoid this firm at all costs. Do not believe the advertisements or the online reviews. The most important fact you need to know about this firm is that your case will never be handled by an attorney unless your case goes to litigation and will be assigned a "pre-litigation assistant". I was not able to determine that the assistants who are handling the cases have any credentialed qualifications (ie. a paralegal) but are trained in-house. The incompetent handling of my case was a result of this fact. I could list many examples of how LHP was subpar and cost me so much unnecessary stress. The most glaring example of this incompetence is as follows; my new attorney immediately identified that LHP had not addressed that I had "loss of use of my vehicle" which should be compensated. My attorney actually recouped these funds directly from LHP. You can believe many of the other negative reviews of this firm. I still get upset seeing the LHP billboards and thinking about my experience with this office. I hope this review will help prevent others from the same experience.
