After my accident I felt that I needed someone to guide me as too many issues including pain and a loss of a vehicle were the primary worries. During the case I would have never been able to clearly identify what I needed to make sure that my injuries and my time lost were compensated for even a very clear (clean-cut) case. Mitchell was a great guide through the whole process and making sure that my medical bills were funded until my case was over and that I was meeting with the best doctors and the best care to recover as quickly as possible. Also due to the COVID-19 pandemic the courts rescheduled my case out for an entire year to mid-2021. When I learned that my case was being affected by the courts and my injuries were very serious that will require present and future care, Mitchel increased pressure on the other party's insurance and was able to reach a settlement that was more than acceptable in such a short time. I was literally shocked when he called me and notified me that my case was agreed to be settled because otherwise I would have to wait until mid 2021 for my court case to be heard.
