Took quite some time in the beginning, but soon after, my case was transferred to Stacie who took care of everything. Stacie Bass is the best. The minute she took over my case, she was the most responsive and quick to get me results. She knows her stuff! If you want things to get done, request her to handle your case.

It was a great experience even with all the covid 19 delays I fell they got it done in a good timely manner
