My wife called LHP after I was injured in a bad crash, after the at-fault party's insurance refused to treat me fairly. Chris Isom and Joe Brisette at LHP did an amazing job working me through the process, helping me handle my medical bills, and being communicative. Very appreciative of their help.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! My mother has a worker’s comp case with them and for the longevity of the case it has been extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone. They have switched the legal rep assigned to the case so many times and the latest rep, Reyna, fails to return the calls after so many attempts and voicemails. When you call their office, they simply transfer you to someone’s voice mail to get rid of you, the very last time I called they ended up merging my call with another client’s call. All the staff is very dismissive and doesn’t show any sense of urgency to handle your requests or address your concerns. It is impossible to speak to the attorney as well. They definitely do not make you feel as a priority and do not make any effort to make you feel at ease with your case and fail to ensure you have a full understanding of your case. I had to find out through a completely different attorney that my mother has a deposition date of 09/01, no one from Larry Parker’s office has even bothered to call me about this. Please don’t waste your time and go with another attorney. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for failure to assist their clients with their needs and concerns.

Diligent, considerate, and they do what they promised. Easier time working with them than it was with my own insurance.
