Andrea is an intelligent, hard working attorney who goes out of her way to make you feel at ease. Her education & past job experience makes her the ideal attorney to navigate today's complicated workers comp process. She has empathy for her clients. She teaches you how to navigate your doctors appointments so you may have a better outcome. Its a challenging process but I wouldn't want anyone else in my corner fighting for me. Remember its a team effort, she puts her whole heart in your case just follow her direction. She gave me hope after I had lost it. I highly recommend Andrea Herman.

As a fellow practicing attorney, I can attest to Ms. Herman's attention to detail and how much work she puts into each and every one of her cases, no matter how small or large their injury is. She is patient, kind, and compassionate. However, she is aggressive, when need be, in court. She is well-respected and has a good reputation within the Work Comp community. She doesn't shy away from challenges and doesn't let the insurance companies bully her or her clients around. Even more extraordinary is that she truly cares about the quality of life of her clients and will fight for temporary disability benefits, denied treatment, and the right for her clients to see quality physicians. I refer all Southern California injured workers to Ms. Herman because I am confident in her abilities to competently litigate these kinds of claims. If any of my family members in So Cal experienced a work injury, I wouldn't hesitate to send them to her.

I was named Co-Executor and Co-Trustee for my uncle's Estate and Trust. This was unusually difficult for several reasons: 1. I had to work with, compromise and make decisions with a person that was a complete stranger to me ... the other executor and trustee 2. The estate was worth millions of dollars 3. There was a total of 23 beneficiaries and heirs... 4 of which lived in another country outside of the United States 4. The estate had to go through Probate I agreed to hire Attorney Robert Stone. I was somewhat hesitant about this because I had never worked with Mr. Stone but my Co-Executor knew him well and wanted us to hire him. As it turned out, Robert Stone was excellent. Mr. Stone was very knowledgeable in all aspects of Probate. He was always available when I called him with questions; returning my calls in a very timely manner. He was always patient with me. Always friendly. Although co-administering the estate and trust was highly stressful at times, Robert Stone was very easy to work with. When we needed help from other professionals (like an accountant for example) Mr. Stone recommended persons who were super competent and also easy to work with. When there were disagreements between myself and the other Co-Executor, Mr. Stone listened to and helped us work through the problems to get to a compromise. I am happy to highly recommend Attorney Robert Stone: he is an excellent Probate attorney!
