Mr. O’Reilly went above and beyond to help me. After consulting a few attorneys I found Mr. O’Reilly to be the most caring. I never felt rushed. He also knew how to explain everything so I could understand it. I was very impressed with how quickly he got back to me when I had called his office. Mr. O’Reilly was referred to me by a work associate to assist me with overturning a wage garnishment falsely levied against me from a Collection Agency that was attempting to collect on a Defaulted Loan taken out under my name over 10 years ago. This loan was done by an individual (or individuals) that had stolen my identity by stealing mail with my personal information from my mailbox. Mr. O’Reilly advised the Collection Agency of what had happened and was in continual contact with the department that executed the wage garnishment, as well as with the Collection Agency. He proactively kept me abreast of any progress in recuperating the garnishment of over 3K and detailed what sort of records I needed to provide to assist him with recuperating my salary. After a few weeks of continual updates, he successfully had the wage garnishment reversed and was able to execute the recovery of all my salary garnished. More impressive than what he did for me, was his professionalism and follow-up after I received my final recovery check. I would recommend Mr. O’Reilly with any sort of legal matter, even if it appears you may be not have a shot to win a case.

Wonderful experience working with Ms Gonzales as my case manager. She’s a highly professional individual that knows what she’s talking about. In addition, she made sure all my questions were being answered the fastest of her ability. At the beginning, the thought of communicating through email didn’t sound pleasant enough but everything is working out just fine. Still waiting on my claim to be settled but I have no doubt that I’m in good Hands!
