Mr O’Reilly is exceptional. He is a rare gem. He has absolute empathy for those he represents and a strong conviction for justice to be served. I contacted Ed after being told by serveral professionals that my rights were being violated and that I should engage a lawyer. As if I wasn’t overwhelmed and depressed enough about the awful situation my child and I were in! Taking the advice onboard, I contacted Ed's office. Ed returned my call outside of business hours to determine if immediate action was required to protect my son and I. When I got off the phone with him I felt like a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders. He explained my rights, options, and next steps. He is an expert and a great person to the core. I’m very grateful for having Ed to represent us.

My brother got busted for fishing without license, and he had Anthony Falangetti as his lawyer. At the consultation, this lawyer wanted $5000 for his fee to defense my brother and promised my brother only the community service time. But when come to the court date in front of the judge, my brother got 80 hour of community service time and $10,000 1 time payment fine. My brother told him that he couldn't pay that much money at 1 times and if he could asked for a payment plan. This lawyer then said this is the best deal he could get for my brother or else he could get fine $15,000!!??? The thing is my brother is young and inexperienced in life, and didn't want our family to know about his troubles. When he got into troubles, he looked on Google to find lawyers, and this West Coast Defense is the first to pop up ( They probably pay tons of money for Google to advertise them). My brother trusted this lawyer for his expertise and reputation, but the result was so disappointing. To make matter worse, when we found out about my brother's troubles and fine, and he was unable to pay the fine, we reached out to this office to talk to this lawyer. We called and left 2 messages with the assistant, but he never called back. We sent him an email, and he never responded back to us. He completely ghosted us. I would not TRUST or RECOMMEND this lawyer. He is the kind of lawyer with fancy advertising, but there to take your money and promise all lies. Please do your research first before hiring your lawyer. Put your faith in a right hand!

Can't say anything "good or bad" about this firm...no bases touched with an attorney BUT a rep did call me back within a week of my call seeking medical malpractice help...will keep you posted!

Edward J O'Reilly Law Office is one of the best there is. I know it sounds cliche; however, I honestly do not have any complaints. Mr. O'Reilly is straight forward; he does not play games and gets down to business. I'm grateful that he was available to help me and guide me throughout my case. He always kept me updated. He is also honest and passionate about his work. It is evident that he values his clients and justice. Lawyers like O'Reilly are rare to find. I recommend him to anyone that is seeking justice or is being treated unfairly and wants an honest lawyer to represent them. O'Reilly's assistant was very helpful as well. She would constantly update me through emails and phone calls. His whole team in general are great!

My family member contact various attorneys before hiring Attorney O’Reilly. After speaking with him she knew he was the right person to represent her in her family case. I have had the HONOR of knowing Edward J O'Reilly since the 5th grade (1972) We kinda lost touch after high school, college and my time in the Marine Corps. We reconnected in 2012 as he was on a layover in Minnesota. It was so exciting to hear and see all of his accomplishments over the years! I now live in Florida and we correspond more now than ever! "Eddie" is a HUGE advocate in helping Veterans. We have communicated back and forth about some of the cases in which he has helped other Vets who came into some trouble. He helped me personally come to the aid of the daughters of a Marine Chief Warrant Officer 4 who had passed in California. He had a very expensive bicycle that he wanted to donate to help a Vet. I was the go between and delivered it personally to the CEO of The SHEEPDOG PROGRAM (Also on Facebook) in Melbourne, FL (That helps transitioning Veterans) In looking at the photos of his Law Offices and surrounding areas, it's as plain as day to see how successful and caring and wanting to give back to the people in his community he is! As a Brother "Bronxite," I have been truly blessed in having him as a part of my life! Thanks for you have done, continue to do and in the future as well!
