Mr. O'Reilly listened to my situation patiently and with concern and gave me immediate guidance, although we had not yet discussed a retainer. Unlike some attorneys I have dealt with, he was prompt to return my calls and respond to my emails. Ed is professional, kind, and personable. There is a special place in his heart for veterans and he understands our unique needs, which added to my level of trust in him. I'm glad that I found my way to Mr. O'Reilly. He was my "BFF" during the weeks we worked together.

In the 11th hour, he spent quality time to listen and advise my situation and walked me through a detailed plan of action. Ed has really been there for me with a couple of issues so far. His knowledge is well rounded, and he is exactly as agressive as he needs to be to accomplish the goal. In my cases, the other parties made false allegations, or ignored the law completely, and he was able to shut that right down. Hopefully I don't need a lawyer again anytime soon, but it's definitely nice to know I have Ed's number!

I've had an Attorney before and I had a horrible experience but when I went to Michael D Waks I knew he was going to make this pain free and less stressful for me. He did a great job handling my case and with the end results I am very happy, he definitely knows his stuff. I highly recommend Mr. Waks., He made me feel very comfortable during my first consultation. He is upfront, honest, responds to phone calls/emails without delay.
