Wonderful experience working with Ms Gonzales as my case manager. She’s a highly professional individual that knows what she’s talking about. In addition, she made sure all my questions were being answered the fastest of her ability. At the beginning, the thought of communicating through email didn’t sound pleasant enough but everything is working out just fine.
